Posture
The body is our living book of history so to speak. All that we experience in life are recorded in our mind, body, and nervous system. Attitudes, emotions, injuries through physical, emotional or chemical trauma, accumulate in the the body. Experiencing the trauma back out is the fastest way to elicit change for the positive and long term.

Samadhi (enlightenment)
My work involves a process using Eastern and Western techniques that first focuses on the release of pain and trauma by softening and lengthening stuck, tight, wire-like areas of the body. The soft tissue is then repositioned to accommodate better function with less effort as it lines up closer to the center of gravity. The nervous system is then retrained to produce movements that are smoother, and more graceful with greater awareness. The circulation of vital energy and blood increases as the body softens, creating less pressure on the heart. Throughout the process, old emotional trauma is often released, resulting in a feeling of freedom and clarity.

To free the body, mind and spirit…
To rediscover the magic of freedom…
To become free as a child: free of fear, hate, greed and pain…
To fully live each moment by moment by moment…
